School is starting next week and I didn't have Isaac today so I took Alex back to the pool for some afternoon swimming. We had the whole pool to ourselves, and as a fun surprise I brought an underwater camera so we could get some fun pictures of Alex doing his 'Alexgator' tricks.
We had a great time and I even got to teach Alex a valuable lesson in instant gratification. As in, not everything is done instantly. When I explained to him that we had to develop the pictures we took before we could see them he thought that meant that as soon as we took them to the store they'd be able to show up the photos. Having to wait an hour was almost more than he could bear.
